Do I need a prescription from a physician?

Yes, a physician's prescription is required by law for fabricating prosthetic and orthotic devices even if insurance is not paying. Follow-up care and adjustments generally do not require a prescription. An initial consultation does not require a prescription.

Is an appointment required?

Yes, patients are seen by appointment only.
